The latches on the front of our Boxi lunchboxes are replaceable. We designed this lunchbox for longevity, so if one part gets lost or needs replacing then you can order spares instead of replacing the whole lunchbox.
If your latch has broken within 12 months of purchase we can replace it under our warranty. Please contact us by email at hello@boxi.com.au with an image of your broken latch for a replacement.
