We designed the Boxi Cool lunchbox for longevity - that's why we made specific parts like the latch, handle, tray, dividers and ice brick, replaceable. With our environmental footprint in-mind, we made the entire lunchbox recyclable (or better yet, up-cycleable or re-purposeable) at the end of it's long life. But in the mean time, you can order replacement parts if your Boxi lunchbox needs a bit of love.

Latches are covered under warranty within the first 12 months of purchase. Please reach out to us by completing our online form, if you need one.
