Refunds, Returns and Warranties

Refunds

Under Australian Consumer Law Boxi™ Australia Pty Ltd does not offer a refund if you change your mind about your purchase.

If your product is faulty, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund if the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. If you feel that your product is faulty or has been damaged prior to first use, then please email us at hello@boxi.com.au outlining the fault within 14 days of receiving the product. We may request photos as evidence to determine your right for a refund.

If you purchased at a retail store

Please return your item to the place of purchase within 14 days along with your receipt. Replacements or refunds will only be given for faulty products. If it is deemed that the damage was caused by the consumer, then at the discretion of the store owner, a refund or replacement will not be offered.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

The customer needs to pay the return shipping fees. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for the cost of your goods, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (up to 3 days depending on your bank).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after 72 hours,  please contact us at hello@boxi.com.au

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to first use while still in original packaging. Our exchanges and refunds do not cover damage caused by the consumer.  To request an exchange for the same item, send us an email at hello@boxi.com.au along with a description of the fault. We may request photos as evidence to determine whether an exchange is approved. After you receive an email from us to say your exchange has been approved, please post your item to: Boxi Australia, PO Box 3319, Robina Town Centre QLD 4230, Australia.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Boxi Australia, PO Box 3319, Robina Town Centre QLD 4230, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please see our shipping policy for more details.

We recommend using trackable shipping as we don’t guarantee any items that are lost in the post.
